This is the most popular age to introduce martial arts training for children so they integrate the philosophy and movements as they grow. Students practice fundamental techniques, play skill-based games, and learn to train with partners.
-
Our teen students follow the same curriculum as adults while forming connections with peers their age. In Krav Maga, they learn critical situational awareness and personal safety skills to help them master stress-free independence.
-
It’s never too late to start training—or get back into it after an extended break! Our adult classes are attended by students ages 16 - 72 who want to build confidence, fitness, and self-defence skills.
-
Women make up approx. 40% of students at House of Combat. Many feel comfortable attending the co-ed classes but we also offer designated classes specifically geared towards the safety concerns facing girls and women. These classes are an excellent option for mothers and daughters who wish to train together.
